This place was awesome to me. They did what the VA couldn't do and they did it in minutes. The staff was professional, courteous, and genuinely cared about my health. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone in the Ladera Ranch, Mission Viejo, San Juan Capistrano area.

Love this Place! I am always on the go and when I get sick I have trouble stopping. This place has great Doctors and Staff. they have replaced my primary care physician. I've been going here for three years now and have never had a wait or a problem.

I've been seeing Dr Klein for several years and am very happy with him and his staff. I also use them for minor stuff for my kids since their regular pediatrician is so hard to get into and makes you wait forever.

Two Words: Shawn Plowman. I have been seeing him for Years!! He is the reason I come here and I feel like everyone else comes here asking for him too. I don’t even live in OC anymore and will drive to Ladera still if I’m sick. He not only is personable, compassionate, goes above and beyond, and is extremely smart and incredibly knowledgeable ... but has the best personality!!! His professional background is what gives him real world experience too. I thought twice about reviewing because I’m selfish & I didn’t really want everyone else booking him too lol but thought this might help people. He’s literally the only doctor I’ve ever fully trusted for me and my child, and he will go out of his way to make you feel comfortable and taken care of : ) i know he’s won many awards too. I hope he never leaves!

The PA Matt Biasca that was in this office was knowledgeable and helpful. I like the fact that he was open to listening to what I thought might be good treatment options and then explaining why it was either a good or bad idea. I appreciated that he took the time to review my file prior to meeting with me and seemed knowledgeable about my health history.

Front office staff are warm and helpful. The MA staff are efficient and responsive. Shawn Plowman Physican on duty, was attentive at listening and patient with explanations. He is knowledgeable, kind, and brings a calm, respectful presence. I appreciate that the urgent care has appointments and walk in options; bonus is that it is connected to my Dr.s office as it's part of the Optum group. I had several good experiences.

After checking with insurance, I was told I could bring my mom here. We were walk-in urgent care, and we were seen within 10 minutes, Shawn Plowman PA helped us, and lemme tell you, from now on, I am also coming here and I will bring my kids if we ever need help! Nicest, kindest doctor I have ever met! Super kind with my mom and he was able to test my mom and checked her symptoms and her tummy and everything! Prescribed her some meds and off we went. Super happy with the treatment from everyone as well! Front desk was kind, nurse was kind as well, you can tell they do enjoy helping people. Thank you! Gracias!

Never wait long, staff is professional. Shawn Plowman, PA is absolutely outstanding in every way. Quick update - I was in here again today (4 years since posting this review and I still have nothing but great things to say about the entire staff and experience. Great front office staff, I was seen on time, and Shawn is the best care provider. Thank you all again for keeping me and my family healthy!

Optum and Dr. Mitchell Wainwright and the staff at the Ladera Ranch office are top notch professionals. The competence and caring is very comforting. Each time I visit I am impressed with their professionalism.
